CySEC(Cyprus)

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission(CySEC)was established in 2003, it's main duty is to supervise securities, foreign exchange, and other financial products.Economic entities including investment companies, fund managers, investment funds,brokerage companies, mutual fund management companies, management service providers etc must be regulated by CySEC

Cyprus has become a member of the European Union.Companies that have obtained a CySEC license can freely conduct business in all EU countries under the supervision of MiFID. Another attraction to foreign companies is that Cyprus has the lowest corporate tax rate among all EU member states.

With the completion of Brexit, FCA licensed brokers recently tend to apply CySEC license in order to remain their business in the EU.

1.CySEC license holder requirement：

（1）Must register a Cyprus local company and have actual operation activity in Cyprus；

（2）Must appoint at least 3 local directors

（3）Deposit requirement(STP license:EUR125k;MM license:EUR730k)

2.CySEC MM license holder brokers include：

XM、FXTM、IC Markets、Exness、Tickmill etc

3.Procedure：

Register a Cyprus company-Appoint 3 local directors-Fill up144-03-01Application Form-Submit Application Form to CySEC-CySEC Review-CySEC's board of director discuss and approve-Get outcome within 6 months
